Safety In The Work Space Training

Safety in the workspace refers to a company’s provision of a safe working environment, equipment, policies, and procedures. People working in manufacturing, engineering, and technology must possess the skills, values, and knowledge described in this unit standard. 

The learning objectives of this unit standard contribute to the level 2 exit outcomes, which provide occupationally focused postsecondary education in this subject and allow students to further their education in a variety of subjects. Qualifying students may be educated on safety, health, and environmental issues and how they relate to their specific workspace
