Learning Outcomes

A Qualified Learner Will Be Able To:
- Coordinate key deliverables related to products and services for identified target markets.
- Support marketing deliverables across the full spectrum of communication activities and channels.
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities across the marketing mix.
- Coordinate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities and lead-generation initiatives
- Perform administrative tasks related to marketing metrics, budgeting, reporting, and the processing of payments
- Support the implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Compile and analyze marketing performance reports against defined targets and financial metrics.
Entry Requirements
- A minimum NQF Level 4 qualification Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL):
- RPL for access and for credit accumulation is available in line with the QCTO RPL Policy.
- Learners with relevant prior learning or workplace experience may be granted access or module credits through formal RPL processes conducted by accredited providers or workplaces.
