Objective
The primary goal of this webinar is to equip unemployed youth with the essential skills and knowledge to secure and excel in job opportunities. We aim to address key issues identified in a 2021 survey conducted by the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI). The survey revealed that unprofessional behavior, such as tardiness, poor communication skills, and disrespect for authority, were significant factors leading to termination of employment among individuals under the age of 30.
